Service fees are agreed upon before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable according to the payment terms provided.
4. Advertising Platforms
We manage campaigns on third-party platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Facebook, and Instagram. We do not control platform policies, algorithm changes, account suspensions, or advertising costs.
5. No Guaranteed Results
While we use industry best practices to improve campaign performance, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, leads, conversions, or sales.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content, graphics, branding, and materials created by Adonai Solutions remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
Adonai Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services.
